To request Reel Service from an Authorized Shimano Service Centre:

• Send your reel, postage pre-paid, to the Shimano Service Centre nearest you.
• Please include this form with your reel
• Warranty Claims:
  • Reels must be submitted within one year of purchase.
  • Reels must be accompanied by a dated sales receipt.
